Dr. Richard B. Morris
Optometrist
Dr. Richard Morris, who goes by Brad, is originally from Jasper, Alabama. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2001 from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee. While there, he was awarded the Excellence in Biology honor for maintaining the highest GPA in the pre-professional program. Dr. Morris also earned a Doctor of Optometry degree in May of 2005 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. He is a recipient of the Vistakon Excellence in Contact Lens Award. He is also a current member of the American Optometric Association and the Kentucky Optometric Association. He is married to former Raceland native Jennifer Wheeler Morris, and they have two sons.
Dr. Adams is a 2009 graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He is an active officer of the Air National Guard and has honorably served our country overseas as a flight engineer. Originally from rural Rochester, NY, Dr. Adams was raised working on his family’s dairy farm. Dr. Adams started his optometry career here in Kentucky when we were known as Brooks Eyecare! He is a member of the Kentucky Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He specializes in primary eye care offering experience in surgical co-management, ocular disease, and dry eyes. He and his wife Dr. Sara LeMay have two sons.

Hi, my name is Kiera. I have been a member of the Morris Eyecare team since 2012. I started as an optometric technician where I earned my CPO certification to become a Para-Optometric Technician. I then moved into optical sales where I became the lab manager while still maintaining my CPO certification. I am currently the office manager and now handle accounts management and the day to day running of the office.

Hi, my name is Valeree, and I have been a member of the Morris Eyecare team since 2022. My job is to get you checked in and ready for your appointment with the Dr. In addition, I am also able to schedule and reschedule appointments and make sure that your experience at our office is a pleasant one from the very beginning.

Renae
Lab Manager
Hi, my name is Renae, and I have been a member of the Morris Eyecare team since 2015. I started my career in optical sales and soon after became an optometric technician where I earned my CPO certification to become a Para-Optometric Technician. While I loved my job as a tech, I have moved back to the optical department as the lab manager. My duties include placing all patient orders, working with other outside labs to insure timely receipt of those orders, and managing the frame and lens inventory we keep in our office.

Hi, my name is Sylvia, and I have been a member of the Morris Eyecare team since 2022. I am an Optical Sales consultant. My job is to educate you on the lenses and lens options that would best suite your individual needs, take all of the necessary measurements needed to insure that those lenses work properly and , of course, help you find the perfect frame!

Hi, my name is Lisa, and I have been a part of the Morris Eyecare team since 2016. I graduated from ACTC where I earned an AAS with certificates in Medical Coding, Billing and Insurance, and Administration. My job is to make sure that we have all of the correct benefits available for our patients and bill the appropriate insurances for payment.

Hi, my name is Tasha, and I have been a part of the Morris Eyecare team since 2024. I recently earned my certification as a Para-Optometric Technician (CPO). My duties include performing all the preliminary testing required before you see the doctor and performing any additional special diagnostic testing you may require, as well as scribing for the doctor during your exam and sending any prescriptions you may need to the pharmacy.

I am also currently studying to become a Certified Para-Optometric technician. (CPO)
